GOOD RENTALS START WITH GOOD EXPECTATIONS

A little care.
A better community.

Practical public preview guidelines. Final rental and cancellation terms will follow before payments open.

01

Share what you can stand behind.

Only list things you own or are authorized to rent. Use accurate photographs, describe wear honestly, and include dimensions, accessories, and any restrictions. Don't list illegal, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited items.

02

Make a plan together.

Agree on pickup, delivery, return timing, and the condition of the item. Share precise addresses privately. Check the calendar and current booking status before making plans.

03

Know when your dates are reserved.

Available items reserve instantly during a one-hour payment window. Locations need host approval, then have a 24-hour payment window. Verified payment confirms the rental and opens private contact details. A request summary is not a paid invoice.

04

Treat every find with care.

Record the item's condition at pickup and return. Use it only as agreed. Insurance is not included, and deposits are handled separately after the claim window when enabled.

05

Keep the paperwork honest.

Receipts must reflect real payments and the correct parties. Rentals for a production need the production's authorization. No reimbursement or deductibility is guaranteed.

06

Be kind. Be clear. Be on time.

Use messages to ask questions and flag changes early. Unpaid requests can be cancelled in your dashboard. Review the booked cancellation policy, and raise disputes in the private rental workspace.
